Cooling degree days
Definition:	Degree days is a measure of annual cooling requirement for the county. To calculate the cooling degree days for a day find the day's high and low temperature and divide by two. If the number is less than 65 there are no cooling degree days. If the average is above 65 subtract 65 from the average to find the cooling degree days for that day.
